Provision of Campus water supply and associated logistic services

Long Term Agreement (Fixed Price) – The project aims to engage qualified providers to submit bids for the provision of water supply and related logistics services for NLA campus facilities to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable water supply and delivery logistics services for institutional use over a fixed contract period.
The expected outcome of this service is to provide continuous and reliable water supply to campus, timely delivery according to agreed schedule,Safe and hygienic water handling, Efficient logistics coordination and No service interruption during the contract period.
Eligibility Criteria
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA- Criteria which bidders must meet to progress to the next round of evaluation. This category establishes the bidder’s basic eligibility and compliance. These criteria are mandatory and are evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Failure to meet any essential criterion will result in disqualification.
SUSTAINABILITY CRITERIA (20%)- This category assesses the bidder’s ability to deliver consistent, reliable, and ethical Water Supply Services services over the full 10-Monthcontract period without service disruption.
CAPABILITY CRITERIA (60%) -Criteria used to evaluate the bidder’s ability, skill and experience in relation to the requirements. Bids will be evaluated against the same pre-agreed Criteria. It evaluates the bidder’s technical competence and operational strength to manage and deliver effective campus Water Supply Services.
FINANCIAL CRITERIA (20%) The Financial criteria shall be evaluated based on compliance with the fixed monthly budget ceiling, Cost realism and completeness and Value for money.
